Funny! I like that saying.

I would call those "solutions." You pay me X and I'll give you Y. There is still custom work involved but much of it is reused or streamlined via a well-defined process.

An even more constrained version of these would be called "productized services" where virtually all effort on your part has been automated away.

Both can lead to exceptional profit margins... if they match up well with customer needs.
